An Educational Cooking Show for Children

Our team developed an innovative educational cooking show concept featuring a robot theater designed for children. This project not only introduced young audiences to cooking but also integrated valuable moral lessons, such as the importance of kindness and the negative effects of bullying.

Key Elements of the Project

• Robotic Cast: We utilized 2 Alpha Mini robots, a Cozmo robot, and a Clickbot to bring the interactive cooking experience to life.
• Programming Approach: The robots were controlled through block programming and the Wizard of Oz method, ensuring dynamic and engaging performances.
• Educational Impact: The show was designed to foster critical thinking, teamwork, and empathy while making learning about food preparation fun and engaging.

By blending technology, education, and entertainment, this project demonstrated how robots can be used as effective tools for interactive learning and social-emotional development in children.
